Stop celulite



1 – Workout regularly.

If possible 2 to 3 times a week, at least 40 minutes per session.
Working out burns fat and stimulates blood circulation, the perfect ally against cellulite.
Choose muscle building workouts, particularly the ones that work the whole body: power walking, aerobics, cycling, swimming… are excellent!
Start slowly, at your own pace: the essential thing is to do it regularly.

2 – Watch what you eat.

Limit your intake of fatty and sugary foods.
Eat vegetables that help water elimination (specially fennel and celery).
Favor proteins (meat, fish and eggs) that allow you to keep your muscle.
The more muscle mass your body has, the more fat it burns.

3 - Drink at least 1 Lt of water every day.

4 – Eat at the same time every day.

Meal times should be kept if you want to manage your weight. If you disorganize your body’s natural rhythms with snacking, you start each time a secretion of insulin that helps stocking fat.

5 – Use an appropriate product for your type of cellulite.

6 – Choose the best time to workout.

Always before meals, preferably in the morning between 7 and 8 a.m. or mid morning, before lunch.
In the evenings, between 6 and 7 p.m. before a light dinner.

7 – Avoid very hot baths or showers.

They are bad for circulation.
Choose cool water that firms the skins.
For example, finish your daily shower with a burst of cool water in the affected areas.

8 – Do the self-massage regularly.

9 – Relax…!

It is well known that abusing exciting substances (coffee, tobacco, alcohol) in association with a deficient living hygiene (not enough sleep, snacking, irregular meals) worsen cellulite.

10 – Avoid tight jeans, shoes and boots.

They block blood circulation.
