The new formulations of P20 Original have been revised, which means that they do not contain octocrylene or homosalate. Octocrylene is a widely used ingredient in sunscreens as it provides effective UV protection against the sun, but at the same time this ingredient is known to pose a threat to the ocean environment. To minimize the impact on the environment as much as possible and still offer the best sun protection, the change was made to provide a safer product and minimize the environmental impact.
