The Repaskin solar range is celebrating a decade this year, and it's full of new features! At its base, it maintains the “Shield System” technology with its 3 shields of protection - sun filters, antioxidants and repair enzymes.
When it was launched in 2014, it made a difference by claiming more than photoprotection, it was also photorepair. Thanks to its formulation with repair enzymes encapsulated in liposomes, Repaskin promotes the repair of DNA damage potentially caused by solar radiation, making it much more than a photoprotector - it also promotes the photorepair of our skin.
This year, the range has been reformulated, improving its antioxidant shield - it now includes green tea extract, Thermus thermophilus, brown algae extract and Polypodium leucotomos. These active ingredients not only protect our skin from free radicals, but also from infrared radiation and blue visible light.

In addition to more complete protection, sustainability also played a major role in the reformulation, with all the products bearing the “Marine ecosystem tested” seal - the sunscreens have been tested in accordance with ISO 10253 and ISO 20787 standards. These tests consist of testing the formulations on marine algae (Skeletonema sp. and Phaeodactilum tricornutum) and Artemia sp.Nauplii, key organisms in the marine ecosystem. The results show that Repaskin products are not toxic to these species. In addition, the paper for the packaging comes from sustainably managed forests and all the materials used to package the products are recycled and recyclable.
