- Cold Therapy: is recommended for use during the first 48 hours after injury.
You should store the bag in the freezer at least 2 hours until the application. During the application, put the bag into the bag, or wrap in a cloth, to avoid direct contact between the bag and the skin. Place the bag on the injured area. Should take if it becomes uncomfortable cold therapy. Should not apply for more than 20 min.


- Hot Therapy: should not be used until 48 hours after the injury.
Place the bag in the microwave at full power for 20 seconds. Carefully remove the bag from the microwave and knead to distribute the heat evenly. Verify that the temperature is desired. Place the bag inside the bag, and apply on the affected area. Remove the bag if it becomes uncomfortable.
