How to use La Roche-Posay Syndet AP+ Cleansing Oil? 

• Warm Up: Wet your face and body with lukewarm water. 
• Lather & Apply: Create a lather with the oil in your hands, then gently massage it onto your face and body. 
• Cleanse & Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with water. 
• Pat Dry: Pat your skin dry with a towel instead of rubbing. 

For the shower: use a few drops in your hand and apply on previously wet skin. 

For the bath: pour the equivalent of two or three caps while filling the tub. Rinse gently.
