Using the spatula, scoop a generous amount of the balm onto the palms of your hands.

With your fingertips apply to perfectly dry skin, massaging in with circular motions. 

Massage until the balm turns into oil, then wet with warm water to transform it into an emulsion.

Remove with plenty of water.
