1. SCULP
Place the “butterfly” side of the Gua Sha along the jaw line. Smooth in an upward direction from chin to ear.
Repeat 3 times on each side.
2. LIFT
Place the Gua Sha flat against the cheek and sweep towards the edge of the face.
Repeat 3 times on each side.
3. SMOOTH
With the thinnest corner of the Gua Sha, smooth from the outer corner of the eye to the root of the hair to smooth out crow's feet.
Repeat 3 times on each side.
