Sesderma concentrated ampoules are true beauty cocktails - thanks to their formulations with high concentrations of active ingredients, in free form, but also liposomed, they act on the skin on the surface, and in depth for immediate and lasting effects from the first application.
In fact, nanotechnology - a differentiating concept at Sesderma, and which is present in most of our ampoules, makes all the difference, when it comes to seeing results. First of all, by encapsulating the actives in liposomes, we are promoting their protection against oxidative phenomena - and consequently, ensuring their maximum stability, by reducing the risk of their oxidation.
Nanotechnology will also be an advantage in the penetration of actives in the deeper layers of the skin. Liposomes have a structure analogous to the biological membranes that make up skin cells - they both consist of phospholipids organized in a double layer. This results in a high affinity between the liposomes carrying the active ingredients and the skin cells, which enables significantly higher penetration levels when compared to free, non-encapsulated forms, which will exert their effects only on the surface. Thus, the active ingredients reach the target cells in excellent concentrations, ensuring the best results.
Another advantage, also associated with this high penetration, has to do with tolerance. If we can get the active ingredients to reach the target cells in excellent conditions, it is enough to formulate our products with the concentrations strictly necessary to obtain results, thus reducing very significantly the risk of adverse reactions due to too high concentrations. The fact that liposomes have a structure analogous to cell membranes is also a plus in this tolerance issue, as they will exert an epithelizing effect, reinforcing the barrier function of the skin.

One of our best-sellers, with 12% pure vitamin C (ascorbic acid), they will be your greatest allies for an immediate brightening effect. They can also be used in intensive treatments to help even out skin tone and prevent/reduce the first signs of aging since vitamin C has depigmenting and anti-aging actions (stimulates collagen synthesis). C-Vit Advance Ampoules
Still in the C-VIT range, we present this ampoule version that combines in its formulation 3 derivatives of vitamin C, with anti-aging actives such as retinaldehyde or hyaluronic acid. They will be a compromise between luminosity and anti-aging action. When to choose C-Vit Intensive Serum or C-Vit Advance? If you are looking for a flash radiance effect, with immediate results, choose C-Vit Intensive Serum. Fillderma Ampoules

Factor G Renew Biorejuvenating Ampoules
A real revolution in ampoule treatments! What makes them so special? They are a weekly treatment in which, in each of the 7 ampoules, we find a different composition - each of the 7 days, we supply the skin with a highly dosed liposomal growth factor, to obtain its maximum benefits. The result? Each day we act on a specific skin aging factor, and by the end of the week, visibly rejuvenate the skin. They are perfect to do, for example, at the change of season, a time when the skin is usually always resentful.
Daeses Lifting effect Ampoules
DMAE - dimethylaminoethanol, is an active ingredient recognized for its immediate lifting effect. When applied to the skin, it promotes an immediate tightening effect, which translates into an instant improvement in firmness. However, in Daeses ampoules, DMAE is present not only in free form (for this immediate effect), but also in liposomed form. Thus, part of the DMAE penetrates deeper into the skin, where it will stimulate the synthesis of collagen and elastin for a long-lasting firming effect.

AcGlicolic Classic Forte Ampoules
As with the other products in the AcGlicolic range, the ampoules are formulated with free, liposomal glycolic acid. This results in surface effects - the skin is smoother and softer to the touch, with a refined grain and more even tone - but also in depth - there is an increase in the division of epidermal cells in depth, and also an increased production of collagen and elastin, improving the quality of the skin and reducing the signs of aging. If it is true that all the ampoules we have talked about so far can be used daily, the AcGlicolic, by exfoliating peeling effect, should only be used 1 to 2 x per week, depending on the exfoliation needs of the skin and ideally at night. The Classic Forte version contains 10% glycolic acid, and there is also the version AcGlicolic 20 Ampoules, in this case with 15% glycolic acid.
The ampoules of the C-Vit, Fillderma, Daeses e Azelac RU ranges can be used in 2 different ways:
- As a shock treatment, daily, half in the morning and half at night, for 5 to 10 consecutive days, in replacement or association with the usual serum. That is, with clean and dry skin, apply the ampoule. Then proceed with your usual routine applying the serum (optional), moisturizer and photoprotective care (in the day routine).
- They can also be applied 1 x week, ideally after exfoliation with Abradermol Microdermabrasion Cream, for a maintenance treatment.
The Factor G Renew ampoules, as they are a weekly treatment, will only make sense to be applied daily (1 ampoule per day - half in the morning and half in the evening). Treatments can be repeated as often as necessary.
As for those from the AcGlicolic range, as we have already mentioned, they should be regarded as an exfoliating care (which exerts a chemical exfoliation) and only be used 1-2 times a week. Its use does not require the use of physical exfoliators (with granules).
