Dissolve in cold or hot water, previously boiled. Can also be added to the usual children's drink. Do not add sugar.

Up to 2 years, put spoon 1/2 dessert in 50 ml of boiled water.

2 to 6 years, put 1 spoon dessert in 50 ml of boiled water.

6 to 12 years, put 2 dessert spoons in 100 ml of boiled water.

More than 12 years, put 3 tablespoons dessert in 100-150 ml of boiled water.

Maximum recommended dose for each age group: 3 times a day.
