It produces compression in the quadriceps tendon.

The silicone pad when in contact with the skin produces an anti-sliding effect thus preventing the orthosis can move up and down.

For the infrapatellar compression

Made of velvet and foam. Pressing cushion with silicone and velcro closure.

Indicated in the pathology of Osgood-Schlatter.
