For Portugal mainland we use fixed transport fees.

  • Express Pickup Service

For orders under 29€, the shipping fee is 2.90€
For orders over 29€, the shipping fee is FREE

  • Urgent/Home delivery Service

For orders under 65€, the shipping fee is 2.90€
For orders over 65€, the shipping fee is FREE.

  • Islands and international shipments

For Azores, Madeira and the rest of the world, the value of the transport and the delivery time depends on the weight and the place of delivery.
You can check this information directly in your shopping bag.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

We emphasize that bulky or overweight orders (ex: diapers, large sized gift sets, etc.) are subject to consultation and feasibility analysis.
If your order is not within the weight and volume parameters imposed by each modality, our customer support team will contact you for more information and help.

Delivery time
Your order will be shipped as soon as all items are available.
When all items are in stock, orders are shipped on the same day, or the following day depending on the time and method of payment chosen. Otherwise, they will be dispatched within the maximum period indicated on out-of-stock items.

Orders are processed on the working days of the Portuguese national calendar. Orders for delivery in mainland Portugal processed until 15:00 GMT are usually shipped on the same day. When processed after this time, they are dispatched the next business day.

After the order is dispatched, for the order to arrive at your door, it is usually necessary to:

  • Portugal mainland: 1 working day
  • Madeira: up to 5 working days
  • Azores: 7 to 11 working days
  • European Community countries: up to 7 working days
  • Countries outside the European Community: up to 15 working days
  • Brazil: 12 to 20 business days

Delivery times can be extended during periods of high flow of objects, such as holidays and Christmas periods.
Retention of orders at customs for inspection purposes can delay delivery.


International Clients
We ship worldwide. If you can't find your country in the shopping bag country list, contact us and ask for a quote.

SweetCare is governed by the legislation and marketing authorizations in force in Portugal and is not responsible for shipments of substances that are not authorized to be sold at the place of delivery. In these cases:

If the shipment is made via Portuguese Post Office and automatically returns, for reasons of not allowing the goods to enter the country of destination, after receiving the order returned at our store, we will refund the value of the products less any Portuguese customs fees, applied in the form of a discount voucher.

If the shipment is made by express mail, the return of the order implies the payment of value to the customer (transport + possible import customs fees in Portugal). If the value is accepted, it is deducted from the refund value of the products in the order (via discount voucher). If the value is not accepted, or we do not get a response in a timely manner (in 3 working days), SweetCare reserves the right not to assume the collection of the order, choose to abandon the order by the carrier (destruction of the same) and, consequently non-refund of any amount to the customer.
For reasons of customs action, in some exceptional destinations only the possibility of choosing whether to return is offered. It is automatically performed and the cost borne by our customer.

In express mail, the postage indicated on the shopping bag is only indicative. This value is only confirmed at the completion of your order, after entering the delivery address.
After order dispatch, situations of need to change address due to insufficient / incorrect address or different from the one initially requested, imply the charge of a fixed amount of € 12 to the customer.

Although infrequent, in specific cases, the customer may have to go to the nearest post office to collect the order.

If any fee is applied to international shipments due to customs inspection, these costs are the sole responsibility of your country, and are not applied by mail or SweetCare, so the cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
In the case of an international shipment from Portugal to your country, these official procedures are normal and the application of fees may happen or not according to the laws of your country, so we appreciate your understanding.


Tracking
As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive by email the tracking number that will allow you to track the delivery status.


Ensurance
All shipments are covered by loss insurance.
In case your order is lost, SweetCare refunds the entire order or makes a second shipment at no additional cost.
The order can only be considered lost after confirmation by the transport company.


 

We can perfectly deliver to the hotel where you will be staying during your stay in Portugal or in a country other than your country of residence :)

In Portugal, and shortly after payment confirmation, we deliver your order on the business day following payment, if all the care you choose has the status "Available in stock".
On orders over 65 €, shipping is free for delivery in Portugal! Orders up to 65 € have a shipping cost of only 2.90 €.

How to:
After "Complete purchase", we need you to provide the following data:

Name of the person who made the reservation at the hotel, and number of the same reservation;
Full address of the hotel;
-> We recommend that you notify the hotel that you will receive an order on your behalf so that it is not refused.


Schedule shipping:
Once you have finished your order, we need you to send us an e-mail with your order number, as well as the dates you will be in Portugal, so that we can schedule your shipment for the correct date!

In this sense, and for security, you can complete your order today for delivery to the hotel where you will be staying, and send us an e-mail immediately with your order number and also with the intended delivery date so that get everything ready and reserved for you;)

We always recommend that you place an order in advance if you have products that you want to purchase, in order to ensure that they are in stock at the time of your visit.

To do this, simply place your order as follows:

  • in the "Delivery Method" field, you must select the "Withdrawal in Store" option
  • at the conclusion of your order select as delivery address: SweetCare, Porto, cod.postal: 4200-283 Porto, Portugal (for issuing the tax document)
  • you can additionally put in the observations of your order the expected date on which the withdrawal will be made.
