SweetCare is completely transparent regarding the availability of its products, and for this reason we would like to explain the designation "x days" so that you can better understand the functioning of our store.

When the products in our store are dispatched "in stock", it means that we have in stock the product you are looking for and that the order can be dispatched immediately after payment confirmation.

If the product has the designation "availability: 6 days" (for example), it means that it is not currently available in stock for immediate shipment, but that it will be requested from the supplier / representative of the brand, with the estimated time of delivery 6 working days at SweetCare, after payment confirmation.

It is the great commercial relations that SweetCare has with its suppliers and laboratories that allow us this responsibility, allowing the customer to finalize his order immediately when he sees the product, without the need to consult the store frequently !! ;)

However, in some situations, due to momentary stock ruptures in the laboratories, without prior notice, some orders suffer congestion within the shipping period.

Therefore, in order to ensure the units of the products you are looking for and intend to purchase, you can then proceed with your purchase as usual!
After payment confirmation, the missing units will then be requested to satisfy your order, with delivery estimated at our store on the working days mentioned next to each product.
