ATM
Make payment at an ATM or Homebanking service:

  • Select the Payments and other services menu
  • Select the Payment for services / purchases option
  • Insert the data mentioned in the order confirmation you received by email: Entity, Reference and Value.
  • Payment confirmation is received in real time, immediately updating the order status.
  • Always keep the receipt as proof of payment.

 

MB WAY 
You will be able to pay for his order via the MB WAY payment system.
For this purpose, during order conclusion, you must select this payment method and introduce the mobile phone number to which the application is associated, access it and follow the indicated purchase confirmation steps.

As indicated in the application, payment must be made within five minutes, under penalty of cancellation of the order.

Credit card
You will be asked for your credit card number over a secure connection for authorization by Unicre.
Additionally, you will be asked for the name of the cardholder registered on the card, the expiration date and the last 3 digits found on the back of the card.

All purchases will be debited in € (euros), as SweetCare is a store based in Portugal.

Pay Pal
When choosing PayPal as your payment method, you will be transferred to the PayPal website to complete the transaction.

Bank transfer
Proceed to transfer the amount of your order to the NIB mentioned in the order confirmation you received by email.
Please mention always the order's number in the transfer notes. Only this way it's possible to associate your payment with your order.

Cash on delivery [PORTUGAL ONLY: Not Available on International Shipping]
Payment can be made in cash or by cash on delivery.

SweetCare makes it possible to view product prices in several different currencies, to allow our customer a real sense of their value.

The exchange rates used are those corresponding to the day on which you are viewing.

In this sense, you can easily change the display currency at the top right of the screen, next to the flag corresponding to your country.

However, as SweetCare is a Portuguese company, the transaction corresponding to the payment of a purchase is always made in euros.
This will be the amount that will appear on your international credit card statement or in our customers' Paypal account.


 

Products mentioned in stock at the time of purchase, will only be reserved for 24 hours, upon payment.

After this period, the stock is automatically deactivated and it is not possible to guarantee its dispatch.

If you do not pay within 8 days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Immediate confirmation payments:

We have immediate confirmation payment methods, which ensure the pre-booking of the selected care in your purchase.
These are the methods: ATM, Paypal, Credit Card and Boleto Flash.

In all these methods, the payment of the order is immediate, and when opting for payment via Credit card, it is divided into two distinct phases:
Credit card:

  • 1st: payment authorization for the order amount is given to the SweetCare store - this happens the moment you place your order and gives the indication of the card with which you want to make your payment.
    This authorization is valid for 7 days.
     
  • 2nd: the SweetCare store makes the payment for your order by debiting the amount authorized by indicating the debit on your card.
    Action to be validated on the day your order is shipped.

The remaining payment methods available, are subject to respective acceptance and validation by the bank, so they can take up to 48 hours, through the bank.
