In accordance with our strict formulation charter, sun care products are developed as part of a continuous improvement approach designed to ensure the best balance between naturalness, efficacy, sensoriality and environmental footprint, without compromising safety.
Our product formulas contain a unique patented sun protection system that combines 2 esters and 3 chemical filters.
These sunscreens are renowned for their tolerance and their effective protection within a broad UVA/UVB spectrum. Combined mainly with natural ingredients, including vegetable oils or extracts of plant origin (Rice, Rosemary, Carob Powder3 ...). Their efficacy and safety are tested under dermatological supervision, in accordance with the requirements of European regulations.
The main changes
We have renewed this iconic range through new packs, innovations and some reformulations:
- New packaging with eco-design that is more attractive, impactful and with more emphasis on the sun protection index and the Nuxe tree.
- Launch of 2 innovations: Tanning sun oil SPF50 and the Delicious Spray SPF30, increasing the offer of high protection and proposing vast options of irresistible textures.
- Reformulation of our sun oils and after sun and fragrance references (After Sun, Shampoo/Shower Gel and Delicious Perfumed Water), to comply with our "clean beauty" formulation charter and optimize the sensoriality of our formulas.
Packaging
The new packaging has been selected to limit the impact of the environmental footprint of our products. New 150ml and 200ml tubes with less plastic, now with a thinner cap so the packaging is 25% less plastic*.
- Sprays and Oils with a new on/off dispenser system, to avoid the caps staying in nature (and thus reducing plastic pollution).
- Secondary packaging with FSC certified cardboard (in the 50ml bottles)
Innovations
With this new care we offer high protection with a broad spectrum of UVA/UVB protection thanks to its exclusive patented system that combines 3 chemical filters and 2 esters.
Enriched with antioxidant properties with rice and rosemary extracts, it protects the skin from premature aging. The fragrance of this new sun care spreads summer vibes and its texture is silky, light and non-sticky. It absorbs quickly and leaves an irresistible satin finish that beautifies the skin.
For those who like to be surprised by unexpected textures, we introduced this irresistibly light spray, with a non-sticky texture that is quickly absorbed without leaving a white film on the skin. Its exclusive patented system provides wide-ranging UVA/UVB protection. We have enriched its formula with a naturally derived antioxidant complex to protect the skin from premature aging, and carob powder for an even longer lasting tan.
Redesign
The reformulation of some products of this range has renewed and improved winning products such as the Suntan Oil SPF 10 and SPF 30, After-Sun Lotion, After-Sun Shampoo/ Shower Gel and our Delicious Perfumed Water. Through the use of a Patented Filter System [EXCLUSIVE NUXE] (3 UV filters and 2 esters), in some cases increasing the percentage of natural ingredients and in improving textures (fresher, smoother, creamier and dry finish). With more sustainable packaging with eco design and recyclable.
One of our must haves, is the refreshing after sun lotion, we can use on face and body. Its new formula contains fewer ingredients, but more of natural origin: 97% and includes Aloe Vera. It is therefore more moisturizing (up to 24h3), and also maintains the tan thanks to the carob powder. At the same time, overheated skin is repaired and calmed. Its texture is ultra-fresh and even smoother.
Pure pleasure
Our sun care products are democratic, we have a wide variety of protection, textures and formats. For before, during and after sun exposure. For those who like a nourishing and satiny texture, I suggest the oil versions. For those who like ultra-light textures the spray versions and for those who like enveloping textures the melting lotions. The SPF selection should take into account the type of exposure and skin type, and the renewal of the sunscreen should not be forgotten and never gives total protection. Over-exposure to the sun can be dangerous.
The delicious summer fragrance of this range is given to us through the combination of notes like Sweet Orange, Tiaré Flower and Vanilla and a sublime tan through Carob Powder which is a tan intensifier of natural origin.
