Contains:

• 1 menstrual cup size S
• 1 menstrual cup size S short (smaller and ideal for initiation of use in menstrual cup)
• 1 sterilizing box used to clean the glass and store.
• 1 applicator
• 1 intimate moisturizing gel 50ml

We recommend folding your cup into a "V shape" and inserting it with the applicator.  

Insert the applicator up to the mark where the fingers are placed. 

Remove the applicator carefully, so that the cup opens up fully and ends up in the correct position.

It's important to sterilize once a month before the beginning of the period with the enna box. 

To change (which you will need to do every 4 or 12 hours depending on your menstrual flow), remove the cup, empty it and either rinse with water or wash with intimate soap and water.
