It leads to a reduction in the sensation of hunger, in addition, limits the absorption of fats, favors intestinal transit and regularizes the consistency of feces.

In combination with a balanced diet, adequate fluid intake and regular physical activity, it's indicated for weight control in adults and children from 8 years of age.

Adults and young people over 12 years: 3 tablets before the two main meals

Children between 8 and 12 years: 2 tablets before the two main meals

Ingest with a glass of  water, one tablet at a time.

For those who have swallowing problems, it's possible to dissolve the tablets, in warm water or in tea without sugar, stirring until complete dissolution. The obtained drink should be ingested within a few minutes before the gel is form.
