Enna Pelvic Ball is a vaginal ball that helps strengthen the pelvic floor by contracting the pelvic floor muscles involuntarily.
Prevents and treats weakened pelvic floor!
What does the Enna Pelvic Ball achieve? It increases the tone of the pelvic muscles thanks to the vibration action mechanism and optimizes treatment by increasing pelvic muscle strength when performed in conjunction with Kegel exercises.
With the unique "Diamond" technology - consisting of an irregular, hexagonal diamond-shaped stainless steel inner sphere that vibrates with movement - this accessory helps contract the pelvic floor muscles involuntarily. The shape is specially designed to fit the vaginal walls and the cord with small balls makes extraction very easy. It is, in fact, easy to use.
With a higher vibration power both in intensity and time compared to any other ball on the market, the Enna Pelvic Ball achieves more muscle tónus compared to other cones and balls.
The weight of the Enna Pelvic Ball (38g) is the weight that a standard pelvic floor that does not suffer from hypotonia should support without problems.
The use of this ball increases the vascularization and lubrication of the vagina, improves urinary incontinence (up to 50% in just two months) and also the quality of sexual intercourse (better friction during penetration, making it easier to reach orgasm).
The results can be noticed after 6-8 weeks of use!
Enna Pelvic Ball is indicated for:

This medical grade material is chemical free, with inert components, biocompatible, does not produce allergic reactions and respects the vaginal pH.
If you are pregnant, please consult your health care provider.
Do not use the Enna pelvic ball until 6 weeks after genitourinary or pelvic surgery.
Do not use the ball if there is penetration or if you are using a menstrual cup.
It is important to consult a professional for a prior pelvic floor evaluation.
Consult a professional if you experience pain when inserting the ball.
Empty the bladder before using the ball, if necessary.
Wash the Enna Pelvic Ball.
Separate the vaginal lips and insert the ball about 2 cm into the vagina. If you suffer from vaginal dryness, use lubricant.
Walk so that the muscles contract involuntarily thanks to the vibration produced by the irregular diamond-shaped inner ball when it collides with the outer ball.
Use progressively in the first weeks (15 to 20 minutes).
Perform daily. Recommended use for 20 minutes a day, up to a maximum of 60 minutes.
It is recommended to be relaxed for both the insertion of the ball and the extraction (just pull the stem out).
