Founded in 1993 by Dutch designers Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren, Viktor & Rolf specialized in conceptual creations and avant-garde designs. The fashion runways have always some theatrical and dramatic moments that show the designer's idea to break the fashion clichés where fashion meets the arts. In 2004 is launched the first fragrance, in this case a feminine fragrance: Flowerbomb and in 2006 the first masculine one, Antidote.
