If you have sharp or broken nails, as well as rough hands, rings, bracelets, watches, etc., the mesh can be damaged. In this case we recommend using rubber gloves.
The feet and legs should be dry.
Fold the sock out, down to the heel, so that, with the exception of the part of the foot, the inside of the sock is facing the outside.
Extend the sock's foot away inside with both thumbs to the sides and roll up the sock on the foot.
Grab the top edge and pull the sock on the heel.
As soon as the sock is already in the leg, grasp with both thumbs and pull it upwards, with slight massages
➛ Help to remove:
Pull the upper edge half down, sliding on the heel.
Slide the thumb between the mesh and the sock and turn it over the heel.
Take off the sock, slowly.
